Add someone
Worth knowing before you do this. We run a credit report on everyone who guarantees, and each person is checked in their own right. Adding someone can help — and it can also turn up something on them that stops a file that was otherwise fine. The fee for their report is not refundable if that happens. If you are not sure, ring us first.
Update your terms
If something about the deal has changed — the price came down, you want to borrow a different amount, the rent is not what you first thought — tell us here. We re-run your numbers and come back with what it means. Nothing on your file moves until you say yes to that.
